You may use the materials provided on this Website for personal use with the exception of the materials in the Schools Toolkit which may be downloaded by Eligible teachers* after receipt of payment for use in the classroom.

All rights not expressly granted on this Website are reserved.
*Eligible teachers are any person who has purchased the School Toolkit in part or full.

Payment Method

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept payment via PayPal and credit card. We do not retain your credit card details once payment is complete.

Shipping & Handling

We ship Australia wide with Australian Post. Your order will be securely packed in a padded bag and mailed to your nominated address. If you would like the added security of the parcel requiring your signature when it is delivered please write “I would like to sign for my parcel” in the order details box at checkout. Please note: if you asked for a signature and you are not home when the item is delivered you will receive a card and your order will go to your nearest post office.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship overseas using our online store. International buyers please email us at info@fergus-delilah.com

Delivery Time

We endeavor to process and ship all orders within two business days of receipt of full payment. Orders placed outside office hours will be processed the next business day. If we foresee any delays we will contact you by email – so please leave a current email address with your order. Please note delivery times are estimates only and are dependent on the speed of a standard package with Australian Post.

Returns Policy

We take all care possible to ensure your order is correct, and securely packed. If your package does arrive damaged please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving your order. We will then be able to make arrangements for you as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at info@fergus-delilah.com. Once we have given confirmation, please return the parcel to us at your own expense within 15 days and we will refund the purchase price.

Privacy Policy

By using our website and our shop you consent to the collection of your personal details. Our online shopping facility will collect personal information in order to successfully complete transactions. We will not disclose this information to any third party and we do not keep credit card details on record. You may also choose to subscribe to our newsletter at which point we will store your contact information for newsletters and special promotions. You may opt out of future mailings at any point.
